As I was saying last week on Instagram, I finally started to go to pilates and I have to say I feel amazing for it! It's super challenging and it makes you push your boundaries. It's hard work but I feel extremely satisfied after it (and also really sore :)).
I have to say, it's a bit expensive but totally worth it! I found this place in Hackney, just 10 minutes cycling from where I live so it's perfect! If you're interested check it out here Tempo Pilates, they have 3 different studios around London. Let me know what you think :)
Today for you I have an amazing, nourishing recipe, perfect to start the week in a tasty, healthy way! A Buddha bowl made with black quinoa, some veggies and tofu with a naughty sauce.
It's high in protein and fibre, it contains good vitamins and it's low in fat. In other words, it's full of amazing things for your whole body!!
P.s.: I'm trying this new way of "recipe template". I think it's easier to read, follow and save and print if you like! :)
