CASHEW CHEESE with HERBS

My God this song is driving me crazy! It’s like I don’t like it BUT!

It just stuck in my head! Also, can anyone explain me what the dance challenge on this song is? I mean where does it come from?

I know you saw the picture of this crazy good cashew cheese and you came here for the recipe, not to talk about Ken Jones song. DON’T MIND me :D

I seriously think this is one of the best vegan alternatives ever! I can’t stop eating it! It’s mega easy to make and in 5 minutes you have a jar full of creamy, buttery cheese that you will not be able to put back in the fridge!

I want to know what you think though! And what’s your best vegan alternative?

cashew cheese

(makes 260gr – takes 5 minutes + 2h or overnight soaking – vegan)

INGREDIENTS

- 200gr cashew

- 1tsp garlic powder or ½ garlic clove

- 2tsp dried mixed herbs (or a fresh herb, like parsley)

- salt & pepper to taste

HOW TO

It couldn’t be easier! Put that bag of cashew to soak for at least 2 hours (even better if overnight!). Add all the ingredients in a blender and eventually adjust of salt and pepper. Believe it or not, that’s it!

Conserve in the fridge, in a jar for a week.
