MELON & BASIL SMOOTHIE

Hey guys! Good morning!

It’s another hot one here in London and there’s nothing better than start the day with a fresh smoothie and between you and me, this is freakishly tasty, refreshing, summery, light…honestly it is a must to try! :)

melon and basil smoothie

(makes 2 servings – takes 5 minutes – vegan)

INGREDIENTS

- ½ melon (better if chopped in cubes and frozen – if not just add 3-4 ice cubes)

- 2tbsp coconut yogurt

- 150ml coconut water

- 8-10 basil leaves

- 2tsp flax seeds (optional)

HOW TO

If it’s not already, just deseed and chop the melon in cubes. Add all the ingredients to a blender and get your smoothie ready! :)
