I’m dreaming about being back in Bali and eating fresh mango in all his forms, juice, cubes, jams... I love mango so much: it’s really, reallygood for you, it helps your digestion, improves your immune system, it alkalize the whole body and, moreover, it helps clear the skin. Sorry, it taste like heaven, if in heaven is always summer and you’re laying on the beach, listening to the sounds of the ocean.

I never made mango jam so why not try it, and it’s so quick and easy to make that basically you have no excuses to not try it as well!!

Ciao bellezze!

I always loved to cook, and I owe this to my mum, who’s an amazing chef and an amazing woman.

From when I started to create my own recipes, this one gave me the most satisfaction so far.

I still get surprised of some of this healthy and tasty recipes are actually really easy and quick to make.

Making your own jam gives me a feel of coziness and warmth and I think because I always think to my grandma in her kitchen, sterilising hundreds jars, cleaning and rattle off the fruit, worrying if there would be enough jam for everyone in the family!
