CLASS SCHEDULE

PUBLIC CLASSES

Here you can find my regular classes and covers too, so you have few options to come practice with me!

I have two regular classes at The Lodge Space in Canada Water:

- EVERY MONDAY AT 12PM - dynamic flow, good if you want to work on your strength and get a bit sweaty! It can be challenging but with plenty of modifications and variations!
- EVERY FRIDAY AT 7PM - beginner class, if you’re looking to start yoga or it’s a while you’re practicing but you need to build up confidence in the movements and focus on alignment, then this class is perfect for you! 

Together we're gonna create a fluid and conscious movement, exploring different poses with close attention to the alignment and the connection between movement and breath. After the class you will leave feeling calm and balanced, energised and empowered at the same time.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Whether you’re a beginner or you want to bring your practice to the next level, these private classes can be the perfect boost for your body and mind.

The sessions are 60 minutes long and will be tailored to your needs. You will be provided with everything you need, mats, props, towels...
