PUBLIC CLASSES

Here you can find my regular classes and covers too, so you have few options to come practice with me!

At the moment I have two regular classes starting at the end of April that you can book directly through here (you can drop in but it's always best and more secure if you reserve your spot!). 

Together we're gonna create a fluid and conscious movement, exploring different poses with close attention to the alignment and the connection between movement and breath. After the class you will leave feeling calm and balanced, energised and empowered at the same time.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Whether you’re a beginner or you want to bring your practice to the next level, these private classes can be the perfect boost for your body and mind.

The sessions are 60 minutes long and will be tailored to your needs. You will be provided with everything you need, mats, props, towels...
