Private Yoga Classes

Whether you’re just starting yoga or you’re looking to improve your practice, 1-2-1 sessions are always beneficial.

The focus will be on you and your goals, with customised practices, cues and adjustments.

WHAT TO EXPECT

We will begin with a consultation via email where I’m going to ask about your health, background, current lifestyle, what you want from your practice and what you want to work on.

With this I can start to get an idea for the first session.

Comfortable clothes are advised but you don’t need to bring anything else - unless you prefer to bring your own equipment - I will provide you with everything you need (yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, straps, water).

After the first session I can get a better understanding on where you’re at and how we can move forward.
