Hi, I'm Mara.

I'm a yoga, barre and mindfulness teacher, but more than that, I'm someone who believes movement should support your life, not take it over.

For years, I thought exercise had to be about changing how I looked. Chasing the next goal. Burning more. Doing more.

Yoga changed that.

It taught me that movement could become something entirely different: a way to feel stronger, calmer, more capable, and more connected to myself. That shift didn't just change how I moved. It changed how I lived.

Since then, I've spent years studying yoga, barre, meditation, breathwork and mindful movement, completing more than 700 hours of training and teaching thousands of people both online and in person. Along the way, I've worked with incredible brands, taught retreats around the world, and guided women through every season of life, from complete beginners to pregnancy and postpartum.

But what matters most to me isn't how advanced your practice is.

It's how you feel when you leave it.

I want you to finish a class standing a little taller. Breathing a little deeper. Feeling stronger not just in your body, but in your mind too.

Because strength isn't about the heaviest weight you can lift or the hardest pose you can hold.

It's carrying your child without back pain.

It's hiking with confidence.

It's getting down on the floor to play and standing back up with ease.

It's managing stress, sleeping better, feeling steady when life feels anything but.

It's building a body that supports the life you want to live.

That's why my classes blend strength, mobility, flexibility, breathwork and mindfulness into practices that are approachable, sustainable and designed for real life.

No pressure to be perfect.

No punishment.

No chasing an impossible version of yourself.

Just movement that helps you feel more at home in your own body.

My mission is simple: to help more women discover that movement isn't something you have to do.

It's something that can genuinely make your life feel better.
