A fast paced practice where we’re moving 360Β° around the mat, focusing on creating space in our hips and feeling the heat and energy flowing through our body.

Creating space in our legs, especially in the hamstrings and hip flexors, as we're moving towards splits. The aim of this practice is nor necessarily to get into the peak pose but instead creating a healthy balance between length and strength.
