Itβ important to integrate some restorative/yin movements in your practice as well. Here will be added a 30 minutes class each month.
Please be aware that once the new class comes out at the beginning of the month, the last one will be removed.
Yin Yoga for the heart.
A 30 minutes heart warming Yin practice, to open your chest, shoulders and thighs, inviting sensations along the spine.
Props: blocks, thick, rolled blanket or bolster.
