These terms apply when you buy The Postnatal Reset, or any other digital program or class, from she-smiles.com.

What you are buying

The Postnatal Reset is an eight week pre-recorded movement program: twenty four video classes and sixteen audio meditations, streamed online. It is not a live class, a subscription, or a physical product, and nothing is posted to you.

Price and payment

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, in pounds sterling, including any tax that applies. It is a single payment. There is no renewal and nothing recurring.

Founding member pricing is available for a stated period only. Once that period closes the standard price applies.

Payment is taken by our payment provider. I never see or store your card details.

Access

Access is granted immediately after payment. You create an account as you check out, and you use that account to log in.

Access does not expire. It is for you personally, for as long as the program is hosted. If I ever have to move or retire the program, I will give you reasonable notice by email and a way to keep what you bought.

You may not share your login, download and redistribute the classes, or show them to a group in a paid or public setting.

Digital content and your right to cancel

The Postnatal Reset is digital content delivered online. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

By completing your purchase you expressly request that access begins straight away, and you acknowledge that once it has begun you lose your statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

If you have a technical problem accessing your classes, email mara@she-smiles.com and we will put it right.

Your health

This is a movement program, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for care from your GP, midwife, or a pelvic health physiotherapist.

Please do not start until you are at least six weeks past a vaginal birth or eight weeks past a caesarean, and you have had your postnatal check. If you are pregnant, this program is not for you.

Stop if something hurts. If you experience pain, leaking, a feeling of heaviness or dragging, or a ridge along the middle of your tummy that keeps showing up, stop that movement and speak to a pelvic health physiotherapist. In most parts of the UK you can self-refer without going through your GP.

You are responsible for deciding whether this program is right for your body, and for working at a level that is safe for you.

My responsibility to you

I will provide the program with reasonable care and skill, and I am responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of my breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

I do not limit my liability in any way the law does not allow, including for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, or for fraud.

I am not responsible for faults caused by things outside my control, such as your internet connection or your device.

Changes to the program

I may add to, improve or re-record classes. If I do, you get the updated version at no extra cost. I will not remove substantial parts of what you bought without giving you notice.

Complaints

Email mara@she-smiles.com and tell me what has gone wrong. I read these myself and I will reply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
